Consuming Blood Ice when under the effects of Bloodlust's bonus HP from Adrenal Healing results in the HP being reset to the max. The particular instance I observed was when I took Blood Ice at 1 tick remaining, but there was no message for Bloodlust fading so that may not be relevant.

To add, I had this happen to my Revenant Kaz (id=12345) when his hp was over max from Christmas Presents. I think it might happen with anyone over max hp. Seems to be specific to blood ice and healing potions.
